Good Audio, A Few FaultsTime Owned: 6 to 12 months.
Works well and provides clear, clean audio. No real issues except I had to replace the mic yoke when it cracked but only cost $11 for a new one from Yaesu parts. Recommend it for Yaesu rigs.

Good mic but a few drawbacksTime Owned: more than 12 months.
Have had a few of these in my Ham career. A great microphone. Always have gotten great audio reports. A couple of things I consider drawbacks is I'm not to keen on having adjustment s on the base of the mic, you can adjust it via radio in my opinion, but not a deal breaker.
The one thing I don't like is how the mic pigtail is hardlined into the base. I think it should be a connector so if you wanted to put the mic on a boom you could attach a longer cable to the base and use that as a switch. That's why I'm giving it a 4 stars.

EXCELLENT MICTime Owned: more than 12 months.
My Son presented me with this mic. I have tried the various settings & prefer flat, no filters, the audio quality is excellent & I get many unsolicited comments on my audio. High emphasis works really well also for those DX contacts. I am using this with a Yaesu FTdx1200. I have owned many mics in my 40 yrs on HF including Heil, Shure, Electrovoice, Kenwood & many high end studio mics & this is as good as the most expensive ones I have owned & at a fraction of the price. Quality of construction is very good, the mic is heavy enough that it doesn't move around the desk when operating. So far I couldn't be happier.
P.S. I have put a foam sock on the mic head to prevent any 'breathy' sounds.

The best I have usedTime Owned: more than 12 months.
I'm using this mic on an Elecraft K3 with outboard W2IHY EQ. It is perfect. Get great comments on my audio. Construction is excellent. Not expensive , just outperforms more expensive mics. My next radio will be an Icom and it will use this microphone as well. It just performs.

Very good microphoneTime Owned: more than 12 months.
I use the MD-100 microphone together with FT-1000MP MARK V, this set transfers the acoustic band from 100 Hz to 2.9 KHz, i.e. the bandwidth of the broadcast is 2.8 KHz, this set definitely stands out in terms of the quality of modulation, I have to compare it with the MXL microphone 770. My correspondents emphasize that I have very good modulation that stands out from other radioamators, I do not have to ask about the quality of modulation, they say it without question, this modulation stands out.
I recommend this microphone, maybe they are better but so far I did not come across it so MD-100 is my favorite.

did a blind test vs. Heil PR781Time Owned: more than 12 months.
Well, several fellow Hams talked me into buying a Heil PR781 mic recently. After buying that mic, and putting both the Heil and the Yaesu MD-100 I had owned a few years on boom setups (also with an MFJ mic/rig switch box for making quick comparisons).....I decided to do some extensive on air testing. I had a friend on 40 meters....who was copying me with an S9+20 signal....use his SDR setup to make critical comparisons between the two mics....as well as to give me critical feedback on my mic eq settings. At one point, while testing....I was doing 'blind' tests...just telling him 'this is mic A and this is mic B'....so he wouldn't know which mic was which. BOTTOM LINE, he thought the MD-100 was the Heil PR781.....because IT SOUNDED BETTER TO HIM. I listened to the audio (he sent me files), and darned if the MD-100 didn't sound every bit as good....if not better...than the Heil PR 781 (with both using the exact same mic eq settings).
I'm not surprised though. Both mics are in a similar cost range. The Yaesu mic was built for their radios....so why shouldn't it sound good! Oh, does anyone know....DOES YAESU ACTUALLY BUILD THEIR OWN MICS? I ask, because I found out Bob Heil actually designed the mic eq circuitry for the FT DX 1200 I'm running. IS IT POSSIBLE...that maybe someone else makes Yaesu's mics for them...as in, COULD BOB HEIL be making Yaesu mics for Yaesu?
MD-100....every bit as good as my Heil PR 781!

Great Desk MicTime Owned: 0 to 3 months.
This is the second MD100 I’ve owned. The first I gave to my brother. I bought the MD100A8X for use with an FT-897D that is my alternate rig. My main transceiver is an FTdx3000 that I use with a Heil headset mic.
The MD100A8X is a fantastic desk mic that has convenient features including a transmit lock button, high frequency emphasis and low pass filters as well as a slow or fast scan control built into a collar on the base of the shaft. If the scan control is turned all the way to the right, it powers off the rig and all the way to the left powers on the transceiver. These features make operating the FT-897D a breeze.
Audio reports of the MD100A8X are always very good with superb communication quality.

Great MicTime Owned: 0 to 3 months.
As with the previous reviewer I have tried many mics from most of the major manufacturers ranging in price from 99 to 500 dollars This mic works and sounds as good as any without the need for special cables and external processing. I am using this with a FTDX 3000 and I really like it. Adding external audio processing may lead to RF on the signal plus it adds extra components to the system. I'm happy with the results and the simplicity of using this mic. It suits my voice and audio reports are always good and that is what counts.

Welcome to mobilenvramfirmware.blogspot.com,
This page is sharing the firmware of NV items of most MediaTek, Spreadtrum, Qualcomm and more chipset devices.
The NVRAM item is the small part of the firmware of devices are called modem file.
A modem file is a software file to support the hardware baseband module to reading SIM carrier to connect and give a signal to a phone by an identity of every phone via a serial number or we called it IMEI.
IMEI is a 15 digit code that always found indicate on back housing of mobile phone below the name model.

K3 Note Md1 Db File Extension

Or you can see it by type a key on all devices *#06# on call dialer of your phone.
If not shown IMEI 15 digit after you type on the dialer, You see on Mobile screen is Invalid IMEI or no IMEI showed, The result is the reading signal of your phone in subscriber is disconnected only emergency call only is only allowed.
The Good result of IMEI is ex. 123456789012345 - 15 digit.
Some problem if your phone show issue on-screen display if no IMEI or Invalid
Emergency call only appear on the screen
Invalid sim but showing the name of SIM network name
Unknown baseband most phone in about menu most of the android phone
No SIM apps even if have SIM inserted.

K3 Note Md1 Db File Type

After writing a Good NVRAM database to the device
If this is still 'Unknown Baseband', Try the following I made in my experience.

1. Restore factory setting on the menu of the phone
2. Use the Paid tools or FileFree tool to Fix it, Unknown baseband button
3. If a problem still, Its a module Baseband Hardware problem.
If the problem is 'Invalid IMEI' but has a good Baseband in About menu of the device.

1. Write a 15 digit IMEI number same as your phone using IMEI tool.
The NVRAM file firmware needs to flash to phone to prevent this problem. Cause of problem issue as far as I know in my experience. NVRAM files are used to repair INVALID SIM after damaged the security files when @user Full flashed the ROM to a mobile phone, NVRAM firmware is a need to activate the serial number of the mobile phone.
This files were back up in different format use file wisely and write the original IMEI when you want to flash
Warning changing another IMEI of a device is illegal, use the original number of IMEI you can found on the back cover of the mobile phone. I'm not responsible for what comes result after applying the file to the device, Do it at your own Risk.
The NVRAM file is backup from its kind, model for educational purpose only, Do it at your own risk.
Nvram file is back up in different extension.
1. *spnv - for Cm2 tools
2. *bin - for NCK , Miracle, others that support bin file.K3 note md1 db file converter
3. *tar/bin - for MTK droid tools.
4. *APDB - for Maui META 3G tool
